The shipment of your package:
Orders are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are sent via DHL with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer a delivery with DHL Express, an additional charge will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whatever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping costs include handling charges, packaging, and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders made separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Knife Garage is very attentive to any package sent, trying to offer an ever faster and more effective service to the end customer. Once the package is taken over by DHL, Knife Garage doesn’t take responsibility anymore for the handling and delivery of the parcel. All packaging used by Knife Garage meets the highest quality and environmental standards, obtaining the ISO 9001: 2008 and FSC® certifications.

Products with availability IN STOCK DELIVERY IN 24/48 HOURS.
With the product present in our warehouses, the order is processed on the day or within 24 hours of payment verification; the shipment is then entrusted to the DHL courier who will deliver it in the following 24/48 working hours in the north and central Italy and in 48 / 72h working hours in southern Italy and on the islands.
Shipping costs are:
Italy: € 6.00 – Free with purchase equal to or greater than € 199.00
Rest of the world: € 15.00 – Free with purchase equal to or greater than € 299.00
The products currently terminated and not available in stock with NOTIFICATION OF AVAILABILITY: These products are temporarily out of stock in our warehouses or not available at short notice from our suppliers; if you are interested in purchasing them, you can stay up to date on their availability by letting us know about your interest on the product. When the item is available again for purchase, a notification email will be sent to notify you of renewed availability.
How to exert the Withdrawal Right:
Purchases made on the www.knifegarage.com site are governed by these General Conditions and by the Italian law on distance mail order sales.
Pursuant to art. 64 and s.s. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer customer (ie a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or without indicating a reference to VAT number) has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase for any reason and without explanation, under the conditions set out below.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send a communication in this sense, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. The communication must be made by email to the address [email protected] indicating the order number and the product for which you want to exercise the right of withdrawal.
This will be followed by a communication from the Customer Service with the indication of how to return the Product. The withdrawal can also be applied limitedly to individual Products forming the subject of a single Purchase Agreement. The costs of returning the product are charged to the Customer.
The substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. If the returned items Show damage or signs of wear resulting from manipulation that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the same, we will be able to withhold an amount corresponding to their decrease in value from the refund. Once the integrity of the returned Product has been verified, Knife Garage will refund the Customer the full amount paid for the Products referred to in the Purchase Agreement subject to withdrawal, no later than 30 (thirty) days from the return of the Products themselves.
Knife Garage will reimburse the entire value of the order, or part of it if the withdrawal is partial, by bank transfer, or by other means specifically agreed between Knife Garage and the Customer.
It should be noted that in accordance with current legislation, Knife Garage will refund the Customer the amounts paid by the latter as the price of the Products. Knife Garage will not refund the shipping costs incurred by the Customer.
The Customer will bear the costs necessary for returning the Products subject to withdrawal to Knife Garage. The right of withdrawal referred to in the preceding paragraphs may not be exercised with reference to the purchase of customized products at the express request of the customer (such as by way of example and not exhaustive: products personalized with names and / or numbers, with initials, except for in the case of defective or damaged products).
