Forged from Yasuki Silver # 3 (Ginsan Steel) steel this Japanese blacksmith could not get better blade. Ginsan steel offers all the characteristics of a traditional Japanese knife with high carbon content but without developing oxidation along the blade. Simply a fantastic steel to use, which requires a lot of experience in being correctly forged. The hammered finish, a little rustic along the blade, offers an excellent cutting sensation, preventing food from sticking to the blade. Definitely a knife that deserves to go into your collection.
